At EBIGGO, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. Our return and refund policy is designed to be transparent and customer-friendly, providing you with peace of mind when shopping with us.

Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return, should you not be satisfied with your purchase. To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at Info@ebiggo.com. Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. If you discover any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

In cases where the wrong product was ordered by the customer, the return shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility. Conversely, if the error is on our part, EBIGGO will cover the return shipping costs.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items cannot be returned. This includes perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are also not accepted. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and making a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

If a return is due to the customer’s error, such as ordering the wrong product, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges. If the error is ours, EBIGGO will bear the shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
